Have you always had a deep urge and desire to see Ireland for a reason you do not yet know?

Has yoga and healing been something you desire to have a deeper understanding of? 


Come join us for a ladies only retreat of adventure, yoga, healing and history. We will travel in a private luxury shuttle to majestic castles, ancient ruins and natural wonders. Integrated with yoga practices for all levels of experience.  Rehabilitation fitness to support past physical ailments. Energy coaching and healing circles to guide you deeper within. Our past and our ancestrial history structure who we are today, healing at a deeper core level can affect not only your life but also those who you love that share it with you.

Monalea Barn

This stunning rural retreat, only an hour from Dublin, is nestled in a quiet valley high in the southern reach of the Wicklow mountains at the foot of Croghan hill. We will enjoy the 8 acres of oak forest through guided meditations in the zen garden and yoga. Shifting from one space into another including our private yoga studio, then relaxing in front of the wood burning fire place.

Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra & Rehabilitation fitness

We will journey together through different styles of yoga, meditation and healing circles. Gain knowledge about your body and its ability to support change, transformation and healing. One-on-one support and guidance will be availible in each yoga practice, as well as hands on assist & massage with aromatherapy. 

Cosy, home and heart

You will find many welcoming places to take time to rest, rejuvinate, read a book or find a friend to share a moment with. We will share yoga philosphy and anatomy around the fire to encourage your discovery of your yoga practice and your integrated self.

Accomodation and Pricing

Monalea Barn is a unique and grounding location for hosting this incredible retreat of yoga and healing. We have priced this packaged based on the main duration of our stay being at Monalea Barn. We will conclude our journey with an adventure trip to northern Ireland. Our northern experience will include an overnight in Belfast, and then we will spend our last night together in Dublin for entertainment and celebration. Both nights will be in hotels and will be based on double occupancy. 

We will spend 6 nights at Monalea Barn, and all accomdoation is shared.  Price Includes Tax.

What is included?

Fees cover all shared accommodation, transportation in a deluxe shuttle, yoga, mala making supplies, tour entrance fees, entertainment fees, all meals are included except three dinners and one lunch out will be additional costs paid on own during tour days. This is a ladies only retreat.

o Explore the historic castle ruins of Dunluce Castle, Castle Roche & Dundalk

o View the famous Irish cliffs while visiting the Giant’s Causeway and Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge

o Visit the historic cities of Newry, Belfast and Dublin

o Immerse yourself in the ancient stories of the land
